Mediacom international recently concluded its research on Autism with the support of Dubai Autism Center. We realised, not many companies act socially responsible and cater towards the welfare of the community in the area of autism. We at Mediacom thought it was time to extend our help and support to institutions with needy children who, with our support and encouragement, maybe able to lead better lives. Our seminar, was focused on "Singing and Autism" where we presented the correlation between "singing and autism" through research materials, visual evidences and demo-karaoke session. It proved to be very successful and educated teachers/therapists/nurses/doctors, on how karaoke singing can help enhance the eye contact, self confidence, social skills and verbal communication of children with autism as well as connect them better with the world around them.
